Gator Shredding is proud to provide Shred Days for local businesses and residents.
Shred Days
What is a Shred Day?
A Shred Day is an event, typically hosted by a business or organization, with the goal of making secure document shredding accessible to employees, customers, or the surrounding community. To organize a Shred Day, simply tell our staff what you have in mind.
On your Shred Day, one of our state-of-the-art mobile shredding trucks will arrive at the location you specified. Our certified and trained shredding technician will load documents that have been brought for shredding and will be happy to answer any questions you or your attendees may have about the process.
The other exciting bonus of our mobile shredding truck is that your guests will be able to watch as their documents are destroyed, right before their eyes. They’ll leave knowing that their documents and their information have been safely discarded, reducing their chances of identity theft or fraud – and that you’re the one who made it possible.
We also make it possible to host an E-Cycling Day. Instead of our usual shredding trucks, we will instead dispatch a truck to collect electronic devices and waste.
Why Should I Host a Shred Day?
Shred Days are a fantastic option for Customer Appreciation Days. They can also be a compelling fundraiser, where members of the community are invited to shred boxes of household documents in exchange for a small donation to a good cause.
In the past, Gator Shredding has partnered with banks, communities, credit unions, and other community leaders to put on Shred Days. Informed by the overwhelmingly positive response from their customers, these businesses and organizations continue to put on these events on a regular basis.
Please call for pricing and availability.
Together, we’re saving the world – one shred event at a time.
Secure and Confidential Document Shredding Since 2002
Gator Shredding goes through great measures to ensure that all documents and media are disposed in a secure and confidential manner. Containers are filled with the items that are to be shredded and then locked prior to leaving the building. The items are then put into the mobile unit shredder and destroyed on location.
